在实际生产中离心铸造铅黄铜(ZHPb59—1)管料是连续作业生产,在生产时有时出现管料出模不利或取不出来的现象,于是就采用自来水冷却管料,有时取出的管料由于操作不当而进行了水冷,这样其结果就造成了管料硬度过高。但有时也因管料壁厚或其它原因而减慢了冷速,又造成了硬度过低的现象。那么造成这种硬度过高或过低的管料能否用热处理的方法来挽救呢?为此,我们试验了再次加热温度对其机械性能和显微组织的影响。
Centrifugally cast lead brass (ZHPb59-1) pipe material in actual production is continuous operation.
