为了改变语言教育质量不高的局面,美国积极颁发实施一系列语言教育政策,尤其是NCLB法案颁布以来,语言教育得到一定发展。通过总结NCLB法案下美国语言教育政策演进特征,分析其语言教育政策发展经验及得失,进而展望美国语言教育政策发展动向及战略重点,将有助于丰富语言教育政策理论与实践。
In order to change the situation that the quality of language education is not high, the United States has actively issued a series of language education policies, especially since the promulgation of the NCLB Act, and language education has made some progress. By summarizing the characteristics of the evolution of American language education policy under the NCLB Act, analyzing its experiences and gains and losses in the development of language education policy, and then looking forward to the development trend and strategic priorities of American language education policy, it will help to enrich the theory and practice of language education policy.
