对高牌号灰铸铁机座进行了铸造工艺设计,包括铸件工艺性改进、造型材料选择、浇注系统及砂芯设计等,设计过程采用三维造型软件Pro/E绘制出零件及浇注工艺三维图,然后在ProCast软件中完成网格划分并模拟浇注和凝固过程,通过不同浇注系统设计方案充型及凝固过程模拟对比,优化工艺方案,使工艺设计更加科学合理。
Casting process design of high grade gray cast iron base was carried out, including technological improvement of castings, selection of modeling materials, pouring system and sand core design. The design process used three-dimensional modeling software Pro / E to draw 3D drawings of parts and casting process and then In ProCast software to complete the grid division and simulation of pouring and solidification process, through different casting system design filling and solidification process simulation contrast, optimization of process options, process design more scientific and reasonable.
