勘测设计行业面临改制,在薪酬体系中必须引入激励机制,建立重实绩、重贡献的“全面薪酬”分配制度。随着企业改革的逐步深入,贵阳勘测设计研究院内部薪酬分配制度实行以岗位为主的岗位等级薪酬制,对高层经营者实行年薪制,中层以下人员实行岗位薪酬制。在调动员工工作的积极性、创造性,促进院管理水平和经济效益的提高方面起到了很大作用。
The survey and design industry is facing restructuring.
