在课程改革的进程中,“以校为本的教育教学研究”(简称校本教研)已越来越受到广大教育工作者包括一线校长、教师的关注。校本教研有何意义和价值?目前遇到了哪些问题?笔者认为校本教研虽不是一个新生事物,也应该澄清校本教研的相关概念,以利于一线教师的实践;校本教研只是一种研究方法,无需制度化,更不可标准化;校本教研也不是标签,可以随意的贴等。
In the course of curriculum reform, the “school-based education and teaching research” (referred to as school-based teaching and research) has attracted more and more attention from educators, including first-line principals and teachers. What is the significance and value of school-based teaching and research? What problems have we encountered? The author thinks that school-based teaching and research is not a new thing, but also should clarify the related concepts of school-based teaching and research in order to benefit the practice of front-line teachers. School-based teaching and research is only a research method, Not standardization; school-based teaching and research is not a label, you can easily paste and so on.
