在单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Benhnken组合设计和响应曲面分析法优化灵芝液体发酵产胞外多糖的发酵工艺条件。响应面分析结果表明,灵芝胞外多糖的最佳液体发酵培养条件为:葡萄糖15.79g/L,玉米粉10.23g/L,豆饼粉10.41g/L。此条件下的验证试验表明,此时胞外多糖的得率为340.05mg/L,与理论值基本吻合。该方法对灵芝液体发酵多糖的开发与应用有重要意义。
Based on the single factor experiment, the fermentation conditions of exopolysaccharides produced by Ganoderma lucidum liquid fermentation were optimized by Box-Benhnken combinatorial design and response surface methodology. The results of response surface analysis showed that the optimum liquid fermentation conditions for exopolysaccharide of Ganoderma lucidum were as follows: glucose 15.79g / L, corn meal 10.23g / L, soybean meal 10.41g / L. The validation test under this condition showed that the yield of extracellular polysaccharide at this time was 340.05mg / L, which was in good agreement with the theoretical value. The method is of great significance for the development and application of Ganoderma lucidum liquid fermented polysaccharide.
