目前按照我国《公司法》的规定,有不少国有企业改制实行了职工持股。如职工直接入股,职工以自然人身份作为发起人直接入股;组织职工持股会入股;企业经营者期权激励制,给职工一定份额的股份。通过股份制改革,让企业职工持有本企业的股权,有利于把职工与企业的生存与发展拴在一起,形成利益共同体。本文就职工持股制的股权认定和管理进行分析。
At present, according to the provisions of the “Company Law” of our country, many state-owned enterprises have implemented the employee stock ownership reform. Such as direct shares of employees, employees as a promoter of natural persons as a direct stake; organize employee shares will be shares; incentive system for business managers, employees share a certain share. Through the shareholding system reform, allowing employees to hold the shares of the enterprise is conducive to the survival and development of the workers and the enterprises together, forming a community of interests.
