[目的]研究甘肃棘豆对小鼠的急性毒性作用。[方法]将40只健康小鼠随机分为对照组( 蒸馏水) 和试验组( 甘肃棘豆水提液) 进行急性毒性试验,其中试验组以最大给药量(6.0 g/ml,0.8 ml/20 g) 对小鼠灌服7 d,每天2 次。[结果]小鼠对甘肃棘豆水提浸膏的最大耐受量大于480 g/kg。在短时间内( 7 d) 大量饲喂甘肃棘豆不会引起小鼠死亡,肉眼也未见小鼠脏器有明显病变。[结论]为充分利用甘肃棘豆资源提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the acute toxic effects of Oxytropis gansu on mice. [Method] Forty healthy mice were randomly divided into control group (distilled water) and experimental group (Eupatorium adenophorum aqueous extract) for acute toxicity test. The experimental groups were given the maximum dose (6.0 g / ml, 0.8 ml / 20 g) mice were drenched 7 days, 2 times a day. [Result] The maximum tolerance of mice to Gansu Oroxic extract was more than 480 g / kg. In a short time (7 d) a large number of feeding Oxytropis Gansu will not cause death in mice, the naked eye has not seen obvious visceral lesions in mice. [Conclusion] This study provided the theoretical basis for making full use of Oxytropis gansu resources.
