我科自1986年4月起采用0.05％维甲酸霜外用治疗面部扁平疣113例,获得满意疗效。现介绍如下。本组男62例,女51例。年龄:9～38岁。病期半月～5年。疗效评定:痊愈;皮疹完全消退;有效:皮疹消退不足50％以上;无效:皮疹消退不足50,或无变化者。治疗结果:痉愈94例(83.2％);有效14例(12.4％);无效5例(4.4％)。治愈时间:4～45天,平均15.2天。体会:0.05％维甲酸霜外用治疗面部扁平疣,绝 Our department since April 1986 with 0.05% tretinoin cream topical treatment of facial flat warts in 113 cases, to obtain satisfactory results.
