我公司在衡阳冶金机械厂热处理车间工程施工中,由于吊装疏忽,将1榀24m跨预应力屋架下弦与吊车履带相撞,造成屋架下弦8~9节间杆件中段局部多处裂缝。征得有关单位同意,我们对裂缝部位作局部处理。处理后屋架经过结构试压检验,满足设计要求。现将处理过程介绍如下: 一、裂缝情况该屋架为24m跨预应力钢筋混凝土折线形屋架,按原一机部第一设计院所编图集CG423(三)YWJ_(24)-V制作。屋架个别裂
During the construction of the heat treatment workshop of Hengyang Metallurgical Machinery Factory, due to the carelessness of the hoisting, our company collided a 1榀24m crossover of the prestressed truss lower string with the crawler track, causing partial cracks in the middle section of the lower part of the truss between 8-9 sections. With the consent of the relevant unit, we dealt with the cracks locally. After processing, the truss passes structural pressure test to meet the design requirements.
