本研究工作以1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢作为镀膜用材料,采用离子镀法镀成多层膜。利用金相、x-射线衍射法、电子显微镜分析和显微硬度测定,表明离子镀不锈钢多层膜为细晶粒的奥氏体和铁素体双相钢,膜层中还产生y’和β相粒子的弥散析出,从而使膜层的硬度大大提高、性能改善.作者认为,多层膜的晶粒细化效应和膜层中的弥散析出相的强化作用能作为改善膜层性能的有效途径。
The research work to 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel as a coating material, the use of ion plating plating multilayer.
