在讨论变压器故障原因、种类以及检测与判断流程后,总结国内外变压器生产和运行部门专家经验,设计了变压器故障诊断专家系统TFDES,TFDES运用模糊逻辑较好地处理了故障诊断中的模糊性问题;使用不确定理论、主观Bayes等不精确推理方法进行推理。在使用IEC三比值法、罗杰斯比值法的基础上,综合考虑特征气体含量、产气速率等多种因素之后得出诊断结论。对故障实例的测试结果表明,该专家系统能够有效地诊断运行中变压器的内部潜伏性故障。
After discussing the causes and types of transformer faults and the flow of detection and judgment, the author summarizes the expert experience of transformer production and operation departments both at home and abroad and designs the fault diagnosis expert system TFDES and TFDES to deal with the fuzziness in fault diagnosis Uncertainty theory, subjective Bayes and other inaccurate reasoning methods. On the basis of using the IEC triple ratio method and Rogers ratio method, the conclusions of the diagnosis are concluded after considering various factors such as characteristic gas content and gas production rate. The test results of the fault cases show that the expert system can effectively diagnose the potential faults of transformers in operation.
