本实验对利血平影响针刺镇痛作用及其可能的机制进行了探索。 将大鼠分为四组,对照组(不给利血平和针刺);针刺组,电针双侧“环跳”和双侧“手三里”30分钟,频率15赫兹,负载电压5伏;利血平组,腹腔注射利血平2mg/kg,每日一次,连续两天;利血平+针刺组,从第二次给药后24小时再给予针刺。在针刺前后、给药前和药后24小时,用50℃热水烫尾,进行测痛。实验毕,断头处死取材。用放射免疫分析法分别测定其中的亮-脑啡肽和甲硫-脑啡肽。
This experiment explored the effect of reserpine on acupuncture analgesia and its possible mechanism. The rats were divided into four groups, the control group (without reserpine and acupuncture); the acupuncture group, bilateral “ring jump” with electro-acupuncture and bilateral “hand three-hour” with 30-minute frequency, 15 Hz, and 5 V load voltage. ; Reserpine group, intraperitoneal injection of reserpine 2mg/kg once a day for two days; reserpine + acupuncture group, from the second 24 hours after the administration of acupuncture.
