目的:本文就颅脑CT检查中如何提高摆位技巧和摆位的准确率,提高CT图像质量,为诊断提供正确,直观,清晰或基本没有伪影,质量较高的CT片。材料与方法;使用日本岛津SCT-3000TX型全身扫描机,对三年多11189例头颅CT检查病例进行分析与总结。在实践中摸索出一套简便,易学,易掌握的颅脑CT摆位法。用此方法摆位,其结果:不同的头型病人扫描,均能得到准确层面的头颅CT图像,而且伪影少,效果较佳。同时我们将头颅CT片人为分为四个级别,并分析了四个级别图像产生的原因和结果。结果:用随机抽样对改进后(改进法)和改进前(称常规法)各100例,采用Ridit分析,其结果表示:常规法与改进法两种方法,差别有显著性意义。这说明改进法明显优于常规法。结论:此种方法对于全面提高CT室工作质量将是一个促进。
OBJECTIVE: In this paper, how to improve the accuracy of setting technique and positioning in brain CT examination and improve the quality of CT images to provide the correct, intuitive, clear or almost no artifact, high quality CT slices for diagnosis. Materials and methods; using Japan Shimadzu SCT-3000TX type body scanner, more than three years 11,189 cases of head CT examination were analyzed and summarized. In practice, a set of simple, easy to learn, easy to grasp the brain CT setting method. Using this method, the result: different head patients scan, can get accurate level of head CT images, and less artifacts, the effect is better. At the same time, we divided the head CT artificially into four levels and analyzed the causes and results of the four levels of images. Results: Ridit analysis was used to analyze 100 cases of improvement (improved method) and improved method (conventional method) with random sampling. The results showed that there were significant differences between the conventional method and the improved method. This shows that the improvement method is obviously better than the conventional method. Conclusion: This method will be a promotion for improving the quality of CT room work.
