房地产企业不仅面临着国家宏观调控政策、市场供求关系、消费者需求的变化,而且面临着国内外房地产企业的激烈竞争。我国房地产企业在发展中也存在许多问题,如企业难以形成规模经济、融资渠道单一、资产负债率较高、人力资源缺乏、市场竞争力不强、管理水平低等。因此,房地产企业要想在竞争中保持竞争优势,必须提高效率。
Real estate enterprises not only face the macro-control policies of the state, the relationship between market supply and demand, changes in consumer demand, but also face the fierce competition of real estate companies at home and abroad. There are also many problems in the development of real estate enterprises in our country. For example, it is difficult for enterprises to form economies of scale, single financing channels, high debt-to-asset ratio, lack of human resources, weak market competitiveness and low management level. Therefore, real estate companies in order to maintain competitive advantage in the competition, we must improve efficiency.
