单层锯齿厂房是纺织厂中常见的一种结构形式,其三角架具有跨变的特性。求解这种跨变排架,过去常用的手算办法现已被电算所代替。但是,对于三角架的吊装验算,目前还只能手算,特别是它的断面通常为250×500~900mm,翻身起吊的断面高度仅有250mm,所以,必须进行吊装验算。目前在吊装验算中,各按其法,但普遍存在较大误差,本文提出较为精确的计算方法,供参考。
Single-layer saw-tooth factory building is a common structural form in textile mills, and its tripod has cross-change characteristics. In order to solve this kind of cross-change racking, the commonly used hand-calculating methods have now been replaced by computers. However, for the checking of the tripod’s hoisting, it can only be calculated by hand. In particular, the section of the tripod is usually 250×500-900mm, and the section height for turning over and lifting is only 250mm. Therefore, the lifting inspection must be performed. At present, in the lifting and checking calculation, each method is according to its method, but there is a relatively large error. This paper proposes a more accurate calculation method for reference.
