目前.逆向物流已成为物流管理中一个令人注目的新领域。与正向物流相比,逆向物流所涉及的物料大多是一些低价值,甚至是负价值物品,配送费和存储价值要远高于其自身残存价值,如果采用与正向物流相同的存储配送模式必然难以实现成本有效性。本文介绍了逆向物流管理中一种全新的理念:收集商管理库存(CMI),对其运作特点和思想方法作了详细解释,并建立了一套CMI供应商评价指标体系。结合某大型汽车生产企业选择CMI供应商的实际问题,建立了以ANP理论为基础的选择模型,并利用Super Decision决策软件求解。求解过程显示,应用ANP方法对候选企业进行筛选排序,解决了评价指标中同层次各因素的相互影响以及不同层次间反馈作用的问题,可以帮助决策者简便、有效地决策。
At present, reverse logistics has become an attractive new area in logistics management. Compared with the forward logistics, the materials involved in reverse logistics are mostly low value or even negative value goods, delivery costs and storage value is far higher than its own residual value, if the same forward logistics with the storage distribution model It is inevitable to achieve cost effectiveness. This paper introduces a new idea in reverse logistics management: collectors management inventory (CMI), explain its operating characteristics and methods of thinking in detail, and set up a set of CMI supplier evaluation index system. Combined with the practical problems of a large car manufacturer selecting CMI suppliers, a selection model based on ANP theory was established and solved by using Super Decision software. The solving process shows that the application of ANP method to filter the candidate enterprises to sort, solve the mutual influence of the same level in the evaluation index and the feedback between different levels, can help decision-makers simple and effective decision-making.
