本文所研究的玻璃纤维拉丝机双弹性支承机头,其二支承的质量是一个整体,弹性元件不仅具有压缩刚度,而且具有弯曲刚度。文中首先建立了这种机头的振动微分方程,由此而推出的计算固有频率的公式,可将文献[1]、[3]、[4]中相应的公式作为一种特殊情况包括在內。然后分析了轴承上动载荷的计算方法,导出了使动载荷为零的条件。还通过理论分析和一系列的实验对机头各参数与其动力性能的关系进行了研究,所得出的规律可供设计双弹性支承机头时参考。
In this paper, the study of glass fiber drawing machine biaxial support head, the quality of the two bearings is a whole, the elastic element not only has compressive stiffness, but also has bending stiffness. In this paper, the vibration differential equation of the nose is first established. The formula for calculating the natural frequency can be derived from the corresponding formulas in [1], [3] and [4] as a special case . Then the calculation method of the dynamic load on the bearing is analyzed and the condition that the dynamic load is zero is derived. Through the theoretical analysis and a series of experiments, the relationship between the parameters of the handpiece and its dynamic performance has been studied. The obtained laws can be used as a reference when designing the biaxial elastic head.
