近年来,随着网络技术的突飞猛进,中小学音乐教师继续教育与专业成长的路径也越来越多元化,依靠互联网线上交流的音乐教研活动也日趋活跃。网络教研的显著优势在于打破了“时间、空间”的限制,是一种省时、快捷、经济的教研方式。湖南省音乐教研员薛晖老师,一直以来就比较重视通过网络与省内外各地音乐教师探讨教学,并对他们的教学提出建设性的修改意见。这种网络教研所采取的交流修改方式灵活多样,如以批阅式的方式对老师教案的逐个教学环节提出修改建议;对老师的教学录像视频提出整体性的修改建议;就某节音乐课的教学设计进行在线交流;或是聆听老师现场上课后,通过网络给老师的教学提一些建议,供老师教学时参考,等等。这些通过网络进行教学指导的方式受到了老师们的高度认同与欢迎,也收到了很好的效果。本刊将陆续刊发其中一些具有代表性的修改指导案例,希望对广大音乐教师能有所助益。
