2011年7月23日,D301次列车与D3115次列车于温甬线发生动车组列车追尾事故,造成40人死亡、172人受伤,社会反响非常强烈。《华商报》从事故发生之日起到7月30日,连续7天对该事件进行了多角度报道、多层面分析和深度延展,体现了该报对重大公共事件的高度关怀及社会责任感。本文试从公民社会这一角度分析,对《华商报》“7.23”动车事故的系列评论进行新解读,探讨其通过评论如何促进公民社会的建构,及在建构过程中呈现的特点和不足。
On July 23, 2011, 40 people were killed and 172 wounded in a train rear-end collision between the D301 train and D3115 train on the Wenyong Line. The social response was very strong. From the date of the accident to July 30, the China Business Daily reported the incident from multiple perspectives, multi-level analysis and deep extension for seven days in succession, which reflected the newspaper’s high degree of caring and social responsibility for major public events. This article tries to make a new interpretation of the serial commentary on the accident of “China Commercial Daily” and “7.23” from the perspective of civil society and discusses how it can promote the construction of civil society through the comments and the features and shortcomings presented in the construction process .
