当前有些起重机上用的卷扬钢绳,在滑轮倍率较小时,因钢绳的扭转而产生相互绞绕,以致影响起重机的正常工作。我们采用如附图的装置来防止钢绳相互绞绕,效果较好。该装置是根据起重机卷扬钢绳单绳受力进行强度设计,附图的2是1个推力轴承。该装置与有些起重机的副钩结构相似,因而大多数零件可按副钩的零件制造。增加此装置的安装工作也是很方便的。通常换倍率安装时,是将钢绳绳套直接与吊臂头
At present, some hoisting ropes used on cranes are mutually twisted due to the twisting of the steel ropes when the pulley magnification is small, which affects the normal operation of the crane. We use a device such as the one shown in the figure to prevent the twisting of the steel ropes from each other, and the effect is better.
