法律教育的目标是为社会培养合格的法律人才。而传统的“知识灌输模式”教学模式给当前法学教育带来理论偏离实际的重大问题。研究型法学教学模式是将我国法学教育模式从“知识灌输式”转变为“问题引导模式”的必经途径。在研究型教学模式下,采用课前预习、课堂讨论、案例教学、模拟法庭等各种教学手段,充分调动学生学习的主动性、积极性,从而提升学生的法律思维与实践能力。
The goal of legal education is to foster qualified legal professionals for the community. The traditional “mode of knowledge instillation ” teaching model to the current legal education theory from the actual major problems. Research legal teaching model is the necessary way to change our legal education mode from “knowledge instillation ” to “problem guiding mode ”. Under the research teaching mode, various teaching methods such as pre-class preview, class discussion, case teaching and moot court are used to fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students, so as to enhance students’ ability of legal thinking and practice.
