在那物质匮乏的年代,最令儿时的我期待和兴奋的是过年,而在为过年准备的众多食物中,最让我心仪的便是那荠菜包!记得还是在上幼儿班的时候,因为生水痘在家休息,恰逢过年前夕,爸妈蒸馒头忙得焦头烂额。饭店就和我家隔条马路,每一次落笼,我都会第一时间跑过去拿一个热气腾腾的馒头往嘴里塞。我们家的馒头有很多种馅儿:萝卜丝肉丁、咸菜肉丁、荠菜肉丁、豆沙,那都是爸爸妈妈熬了好几个晚上赶出来的,每一种都很好吃。而我尤其爱吃荠菜馅
In the era of material scarcity, the thing I most expected and excited about when I was a child was the Chinese New Year. Remember when I was in the nursery class, Because of chickenpox rest at home, coincides with the eve of the New Year, parents steamed bread busy binge. The hotel and my home across the road, every time off the cage, I will run for the first time to get a steaming buns mouth stuffed. Our family buns have a lot of stuffing: radish silk diced, pickled meat Ding, shepherd’s purse meat Ding, red bean paste, it is all Mom and Dad boil several nights to drive out, each one is delicious. And I especially love shepherd’s purse stuffing
