目的:确定哈蟆油最佳酶解工艺。方法:以黏度为指标,通过单因素试验及L9(33)正交试验,考察酶用量、酶解温度、酶解时间对哈蟆油黏度的影响,确定哈蟆油最佳酶解工艺。结果:哈蟆油最佳酶解条件为:酶用量120 U/g,酶解温度65℃,酶解时间40 min。结论:酶解后的哈蟆油由最初黏度3127 mPa.s降为8.86 mPa.s,具有更好的流动性及溶解性。该酶解工艺方法简单、稳定、可行。
Objective: To determine the best Eupatorium lipase hydrolysis process. Methods: Using viscosity as an index, the effects of enzyme dosage, enzymolysis temperature and enzymolysis time on the viscosity of Toad oil were studied by single factor test and L9 (33) orthogonal test to determine the optimum enzymolysis technology. Results: The optimum conditions of Oviducta lipase were as follows: enzyme dosage 120 U / g, enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 65 ℃, enzymolysis time 40 min. CONCLUSION: The Ovana oil after enzymolysis has been reduced from initial viscosity of 3127 mPa.s to 8.86 mPa.s with better fluidity and solubility. The enzymatic process is simple, stable and feasible.
