患者,女,23岁,已婚。于1991年1月12日因头痛、呕吐38天来我院就诊。门诊以①结核性脑膜炎;②病毒性脑膜炎收入院。患者38天来头痛,以枕部为甚,并有颈后及背部疼痛及畏寒。隔日或每天呕吐2～3次,为饮食物。尚能从事一般家务劳动。曾在当地及血防所等处服中西药治疗无效。查体:T36.8℃,P80次/分,R20次/分,BP14/10kPa。神清合作,自动体位,发育正常,营养中等。心、肺正常,
