煤矿工业生产过程中有害气体的排放或泄漏对环境,人类和生产安全的威胁越来越引起人们的重视。现提出了基于802.15.4协议ZigBee无线传感器网络及FPGA处理平台的有害气体预警网络。无线网络相比于传统的有线系统有不可比拟的优势。ZigBee是一种新兴的短距离无线网络技术,工作在ISM开放频段,正符合工业生产环境。而FPGA在数据处理算法方面具有速度快,精度高,设备功耗小等优点,完全能满足系统的需要。实验结果证明:提出的预警网络的方案是完全可行的,并且设备投入少,功耗小,预警效果能达到了预期目标。
People pay more and more attention to the threat to the environment, human and production safety caused by the emission or leakage of harmful gas in the process of coal mine industry. Now put forward based on the 802.15.4 protocol ZigBee wireless sensor networks and FPGA processing platform for harmful gas warning network. Wireless networks have unparalleled advantages over traditional wired systems. ZigBee is an emerging short-range wireless networking technology that works in the open ISM band and is in line with industrial production environments. The FPGA in the data processing algorithms with high speed, high precision, low power consumption, etc., can fully meet the needs of the system. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme of early-warning network is completely feasible, and the equipment investment is small, the power consumption is small, and the early-warning effect can reach the expected goal.
