本文运用不等距直线法分析了一类毫米波E面膜片不连续性。将不连续性区域中的电磁场用位函数描述,对不连续性两侧的E面介质填充波导进行不等距离散,得到了位函数的实对称三对角矩阵方程,利用QL算法从中解得一系列本征模,然后利用不连续性面上的电磁场连续性条件,得到不连续性的等效电路参量。基于分析结果,设计和试制了Ka波段和W波段双侧E面带通滤波器,测试结果与设计指标符合较好。
In this paper, we analyze the discontinuity of a kind of millimeter-wave E-facets by using the non-equidistant straight line method. The electromagnetic field in the discontinuity region is described by a bit function, and the E-plane dielectric filled waveguides on both sides of the discontinuity are unequally dispersed to obtain the real symmetric tridiagonal matrix equation of the bit function, and the QL algorithm is used to solve the problem A series of eigenmodes are then used to obtain discontinuous equivalent circuit parameters using the continuity of the electromagnetic fields on the discontinuities. Based on the analysis results, the Ka-band and W-band bilateral E-plane band-pass filters are designed and manufactured. The test results are in good agreement with the design specifications.
