目的:研究抗复灵干预单侧输尿管结扎(UUO)大鼠肾纤维化模型病变的作用。方法:健康SPF级雄性SD大鼠96只,随机分成假手术组,单侧输尿管结扎(UUO)组,抗复灵组(UUO+抗复灵),科素雅组(UUO+科素雅)分别于第7、14、21、28天各组处死6只大鼠;病理检查肾小管间质纤维化指数和免疫组化检查α-肌动蛋白(α-SMA)和COL1α2。结果:肾小管间质纤维化损害指数比较,抗复灵和氯沙坦组和模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。I型胶原UUO组和假手术组比较有非常显著统计学差异(P<0.01),抗复灵以及科素亚治疗组和UUO组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),并且抗复灵组在14、21、28天和氯沙坦组相比较有非常显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。α-SMA有相同的变化趋势。结论:抗复灵是有效抑制肾纤维化的中药制剂。
Objective: To study the effect of anti-multiple intervention on pathological changes of renal fibrosis model in unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) rats. Methods: Ninety healthy SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, UUO group, UUO + anti-Fuling group and UUO + , 14, 21, 28 days, 6 rats were sacrificed in each group; tubulointerstitial fibrosis index and α-actin (α-SMA) and COL1α2 were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The indexes of tubulointerstitial fibrosis damage were significantly different between anti-compound and losartan groups and model group (P <0.01). There was a significant difference between the UUO group and the sham operation group (P <0.01), there was significant difference between the antiulizarin group and the CoSuYa group and the UUO group (P <0.01) There was a significant difference between losartan group and control group on days 14, 21 and 28 (P <0.01). α-SMA has the same trend. Conclusion: Anti-compounding is an effective Chinese medicine for inhibiting renal fibrosis.
