河南省驻马店地区对7所县级以上综合医院的结核病诊、治、管、转工作调查后发现,90％以上肺结核病人首诊于综合医院,95％以上确诊的肺结核病人无人管理,94％的病人不登记、不转诊,结核病疫情漏报率达87％。多数医院不查痰,无一所医院执行全国统一化疗方案。依据《传染病防治法》、《结核病防治管理办法》,最近驻马店地区决定,在全区范围内实施肺结核病人归口管理。要求全区各级、各类医疗单位对新发现的肺结核人,必须向当地同
