当前大学毕业生数量达到历史新高,但是用人单位对人才的需求量要少于大学生毕业生的输出量,这就形成了就业难以及就业压力大的局面。我国开设外语专业的高校众多,每年都有大批优秀的外语人才输送到社会,由于当前存在着就业难以及就业压力大的局面,就使得如何提升外语专业人才就业质量成为了急需解决的问题。本文就对接京津冀视角下外语人才的就业对策展开了探讨,通过对相关数据的研究,提出了几点解决策略,希望能够对我国大学生就业难的局面起到相应的促进作用,也希望能够为我国外语专业的人才提升其就业质量。
At present, the number of college graduates has reached a record high, but the demand for qualified personnel by employing units is less than that of graduates of undergraduates, resulting in difficulties in employment and employment pressure. Since there are many universities with foreign language majors in our country, a large number of excellent foreign language talents are delivered to the society each year. Due to the current employment difficulties and the pressure of employment, how to improve the employment quality of foreign language professionals has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper discusses the employment strategies of foreign language talents under the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei perspective. By studying relevant data, this article puts forward some solutions, hoping to play a corresponding role in promoting the employment of Chinese college students. For our foreign language professionals to enhance their employment quality.
