The 281 pilots were divided into two groups: 164 cases of normal, susceptible to recurrent oral ulcer in 117 cases. Twenty indicators of microcirculation of lips were observed. The results: In addition to the diameter and tube length were significant or very significant differences (P <0.05,0.01), in the microvascular morphology, blood flow velocity and vascular alignment, ischemic area, exudation, bleeding and other indicators There are also significant or very significant differences (P <0.05,0.005). Tip microcirculation of the lips may lead to recurrent oral ulcer one of the reasons.
