本文在前人研究的基础上,对各种形式的齿轮传动系的运动学和动力学进行了综合性的研究,把齿轮对和行星系统一起来,给出了一种由传动系结构方案,完全采用矩阵形式逐步递推、连续运算而建立任意工况运动学和动力学普遍方程的方法,实现了计算机自动建立各方程。文章研究方法新颖,公式推导严密,具有规律性。无论足方法还是方程都具有普遍性,能适合各种传动系在动态和静态状况下,运动学和动力学的分析计算,便于编成计算机通用程序。文章在分析换档过程的基础上,按照给出的数学模型和方法,借助微型计算机模拟出一个三自由度变速箱的两个换档瞬时过程。
Based on the previous researches, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the kinematics and dynamics of various types of gear trains. By combining the gear pairs with the planetary system, Completely recursive in matrix form, continuous operation and the establishment of arbitrary conditions kinematics and dynamics universal equation method, the realization of the computer automatically establish the equations. The article research method is novel, formula derive strict, regular. Whatever the method or the equation is universal, it can be suitable for various powertrain analysis and calculation in dynamic and static conditions, kinematics and dynamics, easy to compile into a computer general program. Based on the analysis of shift process, the article simulates the two shift transient processes of a three-degree-of-freedom gearbox by means of a microcomputer according to the given mathematical model and method.
