目的:研究通城移植毛喉鞘蕊花全草的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱和ToyopearlHW-40F凝胶渗透进行分离、纯化。根据理化性质和现代波谱技术并辅以化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从通城移植毛喉鞘蕊花中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:羽扇豆醇(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、熊果醇(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、colonicacid(5)、去甲基柳杉树脂酚(6)、coleolic acid(7)。抗肿瘤实验结果表明化合物1、2、6、7均具有抗肿瘤活性。结论:化合物1、3为首次从该属植物中得到;化合物1为首次从该植物中发现的抗肿瘤活性成分。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant in Tongcheng, Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, preparative TLC and Toyopearl HW-40F gel permeation. According to the physical and chemical properties and modern spectroscopy and chemical methods combined with structural identification. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from Tongmai of Coiliaceae and identified as follows: luteolin (1), oleanolic acid (2), arbutin (3), β-sitosterol ), Colonicacid (5), demethylating cedar phenol (6), coleolic acid (7). Antitumor results show that compounds 1, 2, 6 and 7 have antitumor activity. Conclusion: Compounds 1 and 3 were obtained from this genus for the first time. Compound 1 was the first anti-tumor active ingredient found in this plant.
