板坯库天车作业对钢铁生产整体节奏和效率起到非常重要的作用,天车作业的优化受到库位布局、工艺流程、作业干涉等多方面因素的影响,优化过程具有随机性,满意解的界定具有模糊性.为了解决这一难题,提出了循环仿真的方法,通过原始仿真模型和改进仿真模型的循环转换和多档模糊评判寻求优化解,采用Agent技术设计了板坯库的仿真物流对象,定义了仿真事件和仿真逻辑.通过对国内某大型钢厂的应用实例表明,循环仿真的方法对钢铁板坯库天车作业优化具有较好的实用性.
The slab storage crane operation plays an important role in the overall rhythm and efficiency of steel production. The optimization of crane operation is affected by various factors such as location layout, process flow and operation intervention. The optimization process is characterized by randomness and satisfactory solution In order to solve this problem, a method of cyclic simulation is put forward. By optimizing the solution through cyclic conversion and multi-file fuzzy evaluation of the original simulation model and the improved simulation model, the simulation logistics of the slab warehouse is designed using Agent technology Object, the simulation event and the simulation logic are defined.According to the application example of a large domestic steel mill, the method of cyclic simulation shows that the method of cyclic simulation has good practicability for the job optimization of the steel slab storage crane.
