在移动互联网时代,商业模式创新的关键点在于必须以用户为中心,为用户创造价值并且把价值有效传递给用户。众所周知,创新是企业的生命力所在,商业模式创新已成为当前企业寻求发展的新动力。很多企业的商业模式是以技术创新为基础,依靠研发投入从而获得商业价值。最近的一份数据则表明,医药企业的研发投入与商业利润回报的相关度几乎为零。所以,商业模式创新不应被理解为单纯的技术创新,而应从交易内容和架构的系统设计入手,找到创造和传递价值的方式。
In the era of mobile Internet, the key point of business model innovation lies in that it must be user-centered, create value for users and deliver value to users effectively. As we all know, innovation is the vitality of the enterprise, business model innovation has become the new impetus for the development of the current business. Many business models are based on technological innovation, relying on R & D investment to gain commercial value. A recent data shows that there is almost no correlation between R & D investment of pharmaceutical companies and commercial profit return. Therefore, the business model innovation should not be understood as a mere technological innovation, but should start with the systematic design of the transaction content and architecture to find ways to create and deliver value.
