党的十四大指出:“我国经济体制改革的目标,是建立社会主义市场经济体制。”这是我们国家一场全局性、根本性的社会大变革。这一变革,必然给广大企业和职工群众的思想观念、价值取向、行为方式和人际关系带来深刻的影响。显而易见,必须改进和加强企业思想政治工作,才能增强企业活力,提高企业的经济效益。如何做好市场经济条件下的企业思想政治工作,笔者从实践和探索中,认为企业思想政治工作,必须全心全意地为经济工作服务。 The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: “The goal of China’s economic reform is to establish a socialist market economy.” This is an overall and radical social change in our country. This change will inevitably bring about a profound impact on the ideological concepts, values, behaviors and interpersonal relationships of the vast number of enterprises and the masses of workers and staff. Obviously, we must improve and strengthen ideological and political work in order to enhance the vitality of enterprises and increase the economic efficiency of enterprises. How to do a good job of ideological and political work under the conditions of market economy, the author from practice and exploration, that the ideological and political work of enterprises, we must wholeheartedly serve the economic work.
