With the popularity of cell phones, teachers in colleges are becoming more and more concerned about the students, for they worry that cell phones are occupying too much time and interrupting students’ study. However, the cell phone issue, if treated properly, will benefit the students in English study, for the cell phones are multifunctional and can benefit the students in various ways.
