液压装拆圆锥面过盈联接具有结构简单、定心性好、承载能力大、可多次拆装而不影响联接强度、不易擦伤配合面等特点,因此在齿轮箱制造生产中得到十分广泛的应用。圆锥面过盈联接配合通常采用1:50到1:30锥度面。对圆锥配合面的基本功能要求有两方面。一方面要求配合表面接触均匀,保证配合的紧密程度;另一方面要求锥面的轴向压入量在规定范围内,保证配合的过盈量。因此,在制造中必须严格检验工件内外锥体的锥度和直径。对锥体大端直径小于φ170的工件一般使用锥度环塞规(全形量规)检验。但是,大端直径更大的工件使用锥度环塞规显得笨重和不便,且量规制造成本高。为此,我们设计了一种“锥度片规”,用来检验锥体大端直径较大(φ250~φ450;1:30)的工件。

Cone large end diameter of less than φ170 workpiece generally use taper ring plug gauge (full scale gauge) test. However, taper ring plugs are more cumbersome and inconvenient for larger-end workpieces with larger gauge manufacturing costs. To this end, we have designed a “taper gauge” that is used to inspect workpieces with larger diameters (φ250 to φ450; 1:30) at the large end of the cone.
