任何扫描电镜的分辨本领都是通过对样品图象的观察和拍照测量而得到的。对高分辨率的扫描电镜而言,优秀的电子光学设计总是要求高质量的图象显示系统与之相适应。因此,在注意到研究扫描电镜的电子光学系统,高亮度的电子枪,高效率的电子检测器及新颖的成象工作原理的同时,应该对扫描电镜的图象显示系统给予足够的重视和研究。为此,我们在设计制作我校的YWD—1A型扫描电镜的过程中,对其图象显示系统作了较系统的研究,最后确定了设计制作方案。这台电镜的分辨率优于100(?)
The resolving power of any scanning electron microscope is obtained by observing and photographing the sample images. For high-resolution scanning electron microscopy, excellent electronic optical design always requires high-quality image display system to adapt. Therefore, taking into account the study of SEM electron optical system, high brightness electron gun, high-efficiency electronic detector and novel imaging principle of work, should be given to the scanning electron microscope image display system to give enough attention and research. To this end, we designed our school’s YWD-1A scanning electron microscope in the process of its image display system made a more systematic study, and finally determine the design and production programs.
