科学发展观是我党针对中国社会发展提出的最具时代意义和价值的马克思主义中国化的社会发展理论,其内容对于我国社会法治观念树立具有十分关键指导作用。本文以“科学发展观”为视阙,对其影响下形成人本法治进行归纳与分析。
The scientific concept of development is the most Marxist Chinese theory of social development put forward by our party for the development of Chinese society in the most significance and value of the times. Its content plays a very crucial guiding role in establishing the concept of the rule of law in our society. This essay uses the concept of “scientific development” as the sight and induces and analyzes the formation of human-based legal system under its influence.
