唐山是一个典型的正处于工业化晚期转型阶段的工业城市。随着社会的变迁,原有工业活动对生态环境所造成的破坏将得到改善；休闲在人们的日常生活中日益重要,工业景观也将逐步转变为休闲景观。一、设计构思综述 (一)更新传统居住形态,塑造理想居住模式,重塑住区街道空间。我们将景观公园附近的传统院落居住形式进行更新,塑造成为唐山市理想的居住模式。居民日常生活中的重要活动场所——街道空间,是我们特别关注的焦点。 (二)在旧城区中心和边缘设计绿化广场,提升居住质量。在地段东北部的旧城区设计绿化广场, 推动城市更新的进程。通过对光影效果等方面的考虑,设计多种宜人的休闲空间。同样, 经过精心设计的是位于居住区和景观公园之间的边缘公园,沿环公园路布置。 (三)结合原有地段条件和现状结构,设计不同性质的两片大休闲区域：
