应用细胞凋亡指数（AI）以及核分裂指数（MI）来评价28例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的癌细胞产生与丧失率。回归分析显示AI和MI间有显著正相关性（P＜0．001）；低度恶性与高度恶性肿瘤间的AI差别也有统计学意义（P＜0．001），说明高度恶性淋巴瘤中AI高。研究表明AI可以作为判断非何杰金氏恶性淋巴瘤预后的指标之一。
Apoptosis index (AI) and mitotic index (MI) were used to evaluate the rate of cancer cell production and loss in 28 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Regression analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between AI and MI (P<0.001); the difference in AI between low-grade and high-grade malignant tumors was also statistically significant (P<0.001), indicating that AI in highly malignant lymphomas high. Studies have shown that AI can be used as an indicator of the prognosis of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
