对两种规格中华乌塘鳢的窒息点和在不同水温条件下的耗氧率进行了测定。结果表明,水温和体重对中华乌塘鳢的耗氧率有显著影响。水温从16℃上升到32℃,大规格鱼(平均体重40.2g)的耗氧率从37.34mg/kg·h增加到136.72mg/kg·h;小规格鱼(平均体重18.0g)的耗氧率从42.81mg/kg·h增加到203.62mg/kg·h。水温与耗氧率的关系可用幂函数表示。水温25℃时,大小两种规格中华乌塘鳢的窒息点分别为0.2744mg/L和0.3031mg/L。
The choking point and the oxygen consumption rate under different water temperature were determined for two species of O. chinensis. The results showed that water temperature and body weight significantly affected the oxygen consumption rate of O. chinensis. The water consumption increased from 16 ℃ to 32 ℃, the oxygen consumption rate of large size fish (average body weight 40.2g) increased from 37.34mg / kg · h to 136.72mg / kg · h; the oxygen consumption of small size fish (average body weight 18.0g) The rate increased from 42.81 mg / kg · h to 203.62 mg / kg · h. The relationship between water temperature and oxygen consumption rate can be expressed as a power function. When the water temperature was 25 ℃, the suffocation points of the two sizes of O. chinensis were 0.2744 mg / L and 0.3031 mg / L, respectively.
