采用水热法,以硝酸铋和偏钒酸铵为原料,通过控制反应液pH值,合成具有不同形貌的钒酸铋(BiVO_4)材料,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)等分析手段表征了其物化性质。结果表明,前驱液的pH值对制得BiVO_4产物的晶型和粒子形貌有很大影响。考察了BiVO_4样品在可见光下降解罗丹明B的催化活性,结果表明,前驱液pH=5时所得BiVO_4具有最好的光催化活性。
The bismuth vanadate (BiVO_4) with different morphologies was synthesized by hydrothermal method using bismuth nitrate and ammonium metavanadate as starting materials. The pH value of the reaction solution was controlled by XRD and SEM (scanning electron microscopy) SEM and UV-Vis DRS methods were used to characterize their physico-chemical properties. The results show that the pH value of precursor solution has great influence on the crystal form and particle morphology of BiVO_4 product. The photocatalytic activity of BiVO 4 in the presence of visible light was investigated. The results showed that BiVO 4 had the best photocatalytic activity when pH = 5.
