福氏志贺菌是细菌性痢疾的病原,体外能引起细胞凋亡。本文应用家兔回肠袢模型观察福氏志贺菌的细胞毒性及其在活体内是否也能诱发细胞凋亡。福氏志贺菌只有通过粘膜M细胞才侵犯肠道上皮细胞引起痢疾。M细胞主要分布在覆盖淋巴小结及Peyer集合淋巴结等与淋巴滤泡相关的肠上皮组织。采用3种不同的志贺菌株;野毒型福氏
Shigella flexneri is the causative agent of bacillary dysentery and can induce apoptosis in vitro. In this paper, Rabbit ileum 袢 model was used to observe the cytotoxicity of Shigella flexneri and whether it could induce apoptosis in vivo. Shigella flexneri infiltrated intestinal epithelial cells causing diarrhea only through mucosal M cells.
