本工作在人工生物膜——脂质体上观察牛磺酸对Ca~(2+)与脂质体结合作用的影响。结果发现,牛磺酸对Ca~(2+)与脂质体结合的影响取决于Ca~(2+)浓度,在低Ca~(2+)浓度(2μmol·L~(-1))时,显著促进Ca~(2+)与脂质体的结合,在高Ca~(2+)浓度(2mmol·L~(-1))时,对其结合则无明显影响。牛磺酸的上述作用在高钾缓冲液中更强,而在高钠、高镁缓冲液中较弱。本工作还观察到膜脂质过氧化后与Ca~(2+)结合力显著增强,牛碘酸能有效地降低其结合。实验结果提示,牛碘酸可能通过影响膜的微环境(磷脂双层分子)调节Ca~(2+)与膜的相互作用,参与细胞Ca~(2+)稳态的调节。
In this work, we observed the effect of taurine on the binding of Ca 2+ to liposomes on artificial biofilm-liposomes. The results showed that the effect of taurine on the binding of Ca 2+ to the liposomes was dependent on the Ca 2+ concentration. At the low Ca 2+ concentration (2 μmol·L -1) , Which significantly promoted the binding of Ca 2+ to liposomes. At high Ca 2+ concentration (2 mmol·L -1), there was no significant effect on the binding of Ca 2+ to the liposomes. The above effects of taurine are stronger in high potassium buffer and weaker in high sodium, high magnesium buffer. This work also observed that the membrane lipid peroxidation and Ca ~ (2+) binding force was significantly enhanced, and iodine can effectively reduce their binding. The experimental results suggest that it may be involved in the regulation of Ca ~ (2 +) homeostasis by influencing the membrane microenvironment (phospholipid bilayer) by regulating the interaction between Ca ~ (2+) and membrane.
