实施义务教育的工作重点,在拥有八亿人口的广大农村。因而,对复式教学的潜在优势的探索,必然成为一个重要的研究课题。教复式班,比教单式班复杂、困难,不利因素是明摆着的,如直接教学时间少,头绪多,互相干扰,等等。但是,有些地区经过对比测验、统考,“复式胜单式”的情况,又大量存在。这不能不令人兴奋、鼓舞,深思其中的奥秘:复式教学有这么多的不利因素,何以教学成绩会高于单式班呢?
The focus of the implementation of compulsory education lies in the vast rural areas with a population of 800 million. Therefore, the exploration of the potential advantages of multi-teaching inevitably becomes an important research topic. Teach complex class, than the single class complex, difficult, unfavorable factors are obvious, such as direct teaching less time, more clues, interfere with each other, and so on. However, in some areas, after a comparative test, examinations, and the situation of “multiple wins”, there are still a great number of cases. This can not be exciting, inspiring, pondering the mystery of which: there are so many unfavorable factors in teaching in multiple ways, why the teaching results will be higher than the single class?
