近十多年来,随着我国渔业生产的不断发展,鱼产量剧增,冷冻加工业发生了很大的变化,据了解,我国现已拥有大小冷库2000座左右,冷藏能力达80万吨/次,各种保鲜冷冻设施都有了更新,对此,自1979年发布试行的《水产冷冻厂(库)管理办法》已经不能适应需要,农业部水产司加工处先后于1991年4月和10月在上海二次组织专家和有关省市主管水产加工的代表,对《办法》进行了认真的修改,体现科学管理,着眼提高产品质量,促进提高企业管理水准。修改后的《办法》增加了一些新内容,主要六点是:1.明确了冷冻厂(库)受各省市水产部门
