In this study, a questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the personality characteristics of Eisenke’s personality of unpaid blood donation college students. The study found that the scores of psychotic P scales of unpaid blood donors were significantly lower than those of non-donor blood donors, and the scores of inward and outward E scales were significantly higher than those of non-donor blood donors; the P scores of female blood donors were significantly lower than those of males, and N scores were significantly higher than those of men; There was no significant difference in the EPQ scores between repeated blood donors and single donors in the four scales; in a special case, personality traits had less influence on blood donation intention.
