目的了解西部民族地区基层卫生人员培训的现状及问题,为更好地开展西部民族地区基层卫生人员的培训工作提供参考建议。方法将深入访谈法与现场问卷调查相结合,并用SPSS18.0软件对相关数据资料进行统计分析。结果 52.9%的基层卫生人员没有参加过任何培训;培训率仅为47.1%,短期培训占培训总人次的83.9%,培训主题主要以医疗业务和公共卫生为主。结论从丰富培训主题和培训形式,确保培训经费的落实,考虑西部民族地区的经济文化因素和完善培训体系等方面着手,更好地开展西部民族地区基层卫生人员的培训工作。
Objective To understand the status quo and problems of grassroots health personnel training in the western minority areas and to provide reference for better carrying out the training of grassroots health workers in the western minority areas. Methods The method of in-depth interviews and field survey were combined, and SPSS18.0 software was used to analyze the related data. Results 52.9% of grassroots health workers did not participate in any training; the training rate was only 47.1%; short-term training accounted for 83.9% of the total number of training sessions; and the training topics mainly focused on medical service and public health. Conclusion The training of grassroots health workers in western ethnic minority areas should be better carried out by enriching training topics and forms of training, ensuring the implementation of training funds, considering the economic and cultural factors in the western minority areas and improving the training system.
